Have you tried with Filezilla if the 2nd bootloader is already there?

Personally I would put this image on a stick and not in the flash and run it from the stick.

Before I installed the new WM 2010 AAF image on flash
I installed somthing very simmilar to this image .
The uses the latest original firmware from KATHREIN.DE
and for my suprise there was an option to choose diseqc 1.1
But only 2 satelites to choose from .
So I remebered I had a utility trp2.45+gui that can created
These 4 files that are needed in order to update the list of sattelites
But in this new version you can not replace the original files ,
Even after I set them to R/W with KCC 3.2 or MultiPart Installer .

Did any one succeed to add more sats to work with diseqc 1.1
Using Kathrein.de latest firmware ?
