Help to get started with incubuscamd (latest, and config the incubusCamd.conf.

Questions:

1. Where do I put the lines for my box and the internal cardreaders? Example please?

2. Do I need more lines so the cardreaders/box can act as a server for my peers? Or is it enough with the line above?

3. Can I use several protocol on same cardreder/server? Example please.

4. Where do I put my peers lines, so they connect to my server? Example please.

5. If they use another protocol then I use in my server, what to do.., like I ask in 3? Example please.

6. How shuold I and my peers lines looks like, so we always share most possible cards from each other? Example please.
