Neutrino SD and HD looks fine to me but mostly I still use VitMod 2.2 flash which is based on original image due to eye-popping pic quality. Sadly limited EMU/CS with these, as you know.,

I think Neutrino uses the same video drivers as E2 so same pic. quality but don't quote me on that. These Neutrino developers are serious folk; they release a new test image every night. My guess is they are German. Neutrino started on old DBox2 receivers I think so has a big following. Maybe Coolstream HD1 uses it, not sure?

You can load a test image on USB Barry Allen drive and try it.

you should also read Zildan tutorial. Shows how to load channel list with Dreamset, activate motor (Go To X) etc. Zildan image has working emu but lots of bugs.

I expect first bug free image in about one month.

Hopefully Zildan will release another image some time.

Sorry to ask a maybe stupid question, but it's been a while since I installed a new image.

Can you install this image as a standard BA-image with KCC ?

I have AFF 2.0d Vitgraf in flash and a couple of E2 images on USB already.

Yes.

it worked fine for me, I do NOT have mini boot etc. installed - just plain Barry Allen.

Can someone explain the difference between AAF_Formel1_Image_USF910_USB and AAF_Formel1_Image_UFS90_ObiUSB?

What is OBI?

media centre maybe, fuck knows, shit image anyway, new Zildan image coming soon. Wait for that, only image that is stable and tested, do not need toaster, coffee maker etc. Need stable HDTV pvr with emu.

WAIT FOR ZILDAN.

Ok.
Currently I'm using Vitmod_2.2b on USB. Picture Quality is very good, but I'm having problems with a few HD channels. The box freezes, and need a restart if I go to those channels.
Also EPG-reading freezes at 64%, so I'm guessing that happens when the box reads those HD transponders.
I have never tried E2, and thought I should give it a go, because of some good critics.

Is it true that E2 picture quality is not as good as original or other images based on original image?

And I would like 1 week EPG!
